| Emergency Medicine Physician Tri-State Memorial Hospital Clarkston, Washington Overview: Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus (TSMH) is the only not-for-profit, community owned and operated hospital in the Lewis Clark Valley. TSMH is a Cardiac Level II and Stroke Level II, 25-bed rural hospital. The 12-bed emergency department treats 14,500 patients annually utilizing the latest technology. Physician shifts are 12 hours and Advanced Practice Clinician shifts are 8 hours. Requirements:
Nestled at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers in southeast Washington, Clarkston is the gateway to North America's deepest gorge, Hells Canyon. Beautiful scenic vistas, a mild climate, year-round recreation, an inland seaport and rich history abound. The river valley's warm climate enables residents and visitors to enjoy year-round outdoor activities such as golf, fishing and walking the trails along the beautiful Snake River. Sparkling area rivers and creeks beckon you outside where cruise ships, jet boat rides, boating, water skiing, rafting and world-famous steelhead, chinook and trout fishing await. Compensation: Physicians are independent contractors and are given base rates with the opportunity to earn productivity pay at specific sites. VEP provides independent contractors with flexible schedules, and paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Physicians also enjoy the benefit of becoming a shareholder after 150 hours worked which allows them to be actively involved in the governance of the company. Shareholders have the option of participating in VEP's 401(k) plan and short-term & long-term disability plans. |
