Hospitalist Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner 
City Hospital at White Rock

Dallas, Texas

Overview:
City Hospital at White Rock, is a 218-bed private community hospital that has served the East Dallas area since 1959. City Hospital offers a caring physician network and staff that provides affordable, flexible and personalized healthcare to the communities it serves, and partners with like-minded local organizations to promote healthy living.  This is a unique opportunity to work alongside excellent providers from across the nation in a strong, stable team environment:
  • 12 hour shifts – 7p-7a
  • 5-10 admits per night
  • Intensivist round in the ICU and perform all procedures. Tele-ICU at night
  • ED responds to codes
  • Cerner EMR
 
Requirements:
  • Texas Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
  • DEA License with Texas registration
  • Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP or ANCC)
  • ACLS/PALS certification
  • At least one year of Hospitalist In-Patient experience

Compensation:
Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) are employees of VEP.  They receive an hourly base rate and an opportunity to earn productivity compensation at specific sites.  APCs are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, profit sharing, 401k, CME and license allowances.  Our APCs also enjoy the benefit of flexible schedules, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage and the opportunity to become a shareholder which allows them to become actively involved in the governance of the company.
